3. WARRANTY POLICY AND TECHNICAL NOTICE
NeoTerra offers a limited warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. The warranty for own-brand products lasts for 2 years from the date of purchase. Application (if performed by NeoTerra) carries a 1-year labor warranty. Application results by third parties may vary and void any technical liability under the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
Conditions for Warranty Activation: To activate the warranty for own-brand products or application, proof of purchase, photos of the issue, a description of the problem, and an inspection by NeoTerra or an authorized partner are required. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear in high-traffic areas or damage from heavy impact. Customers and installers must follow all technical guidelines provided.
